At Morton Buildings, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating new customers, and developing relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management is preferred. Commercial sales experience is also a plus.
You will work in a team environment that strives to deliver high-quality buildings to our customers. You must be career-minded, organized, and hyper-focused with an extreme desire to succeed. Training is provided, but the successful candidate must maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to the constant change of the construction industry and customer needs.
We offer a competitive base salary with a training subsidy, plus commission pay structure (salary range of $80,000 - $100,000) that offers outstanding earning potential.
