What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Supervisor position at Morton Comprehensive Health?
Direct support to the Front Office Billing Director with regard to staffing and day-to-day issues within the clinic as it pertains to the Patient Access Representatives (PARs) and Call Center staff. Understanding workflows and all duties of PARs and Call Center staff. Duties include but are not limited to EMR usage, customer service, opening/closing duties, patient registration and scheduling.

- Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in an ambulatory health center environment.
- Proper phone etiquette knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects

- Required to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
