Morton Industries is hiring for an Operations & Process Improvement Intern!
Summary
Support key operational improvement efforts by getting involved in multiple areas of the business.
Essential Functions
- Process and workflow optimization projects
- Quality improvement initiatives
- Shop floor data collection and analysis
- Standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation
- Supporting cross-functional teams on business-critical projects
- Actively pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and an interest in learning tools like CAD, ERP, and quality systems
- Able to work 10-30 hours per week while attending school - we're flexible and understand the challenges of balancing school and work
- Local candidates only - this is an onsite opportunity in Fort Worth.
