• Plans and directs civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

• Serves as senior project engineer on complex projects and client contact.
• Develops engineering agreements, probable construction cost estimates, and workload forecasts.
• Attends client meetings, handles contract administration, and monitors construction progress.
• Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare documents.
• Manages marketing responsibilities to obtain work for the firm.
