Position Title : Junior BSA
Schedule : REMOTE (preferred candidates in VA, amount of telework and going to conferences determined by manager)
Position Status : 6-month contract with extensions (possible extensions until conversion)
Overview : Our client is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst for a position based out of Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a multi-tasking environment. Primary duties include creating and maintaining system documentation, writing business requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing. The Digital Records Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison to the Judicial Digital Advisory Committee and other state agencies to help maintain the integrity of interfaces with imaging systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on business development projects.
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams.
Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar.
Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other analysts, programmers, and subject matter experts.
