nTriumph is seeking a Junior Business Systems Analyst. The Digital Records Business Systems Analyst is responsible for documenting, analyzing, and reviewing business requirements and business rules of existing and new imaging systems. Troubleshooting common issues with imaging equipment such as scanners and printers. Providing daily telephone and email support, providing on-going training and support of personnel in the use of imaging applications, and conducting classroom and off-site training.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a multi-tasking environment.\n\t
Creating and maintaining system documentation\n\t
Writing business requirements\n\t
Conducting user acceptance testing\n\t
Act as a liaison to the Digital Advisory Committee and other agencies to help maintain the integrity of interfaces with imaging systems.\n
n Qualifications : \n\n \n\t
1 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on business development projects. \n\t
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. \n\t
Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications. \n\t
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. \n\t
Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation. \n\t
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. \n\t
Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. \n\t
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams. \n\t
Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar. \n\t
Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders. \n\t
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other analysts, programmers, and subject matter experts. \n
n Preferred Qualifications : \n\n \n\t
2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on IT development projects. \n\t
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Business or Public Administration, or a related field. \n\t
Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex business processes. \n\t
Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)\n\t
Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation. \n\t
Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation. \n\t
Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements. \n\t
Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. \n\t
Experience in assessing the impact of changes and facilitating change management processes. \n\t
Experience with or knowledge of relational databases, including use of SQL queries. \n\t
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n\t
Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software. \n
