About Morty
Led by engineering and product first founders, Morty is a mortgage platform that empowers loan officers and mortgage brokerages to build their own businesses under their own brand. Leveraging the technology and infrastructure we built as a DTC mortgage broker, we remove the complexity and cost of running a mortgage business while providing the tools to help our partners grow and increase profits.
The market of loan officers, realtors, and fintechs is growing rapidly. In only the first six months of launching our B2B2C offering, we received thousands of inquiries and onboarded hundreds of customers. Morty is now on a mission to build out a world class sales team to share our solution more broadly and grow our energetic customer base.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, extremely driven Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales, with a proven ability to identify and engage new B2B opportunities. Strong work ethic, a consultative sales approach, and a self-starter attitude are essential for success in this role. Experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries is required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients including : independent loan officers, small mortgage brokerages, realtors, and fintech startups.
- Drive sales by engaging with prospects to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Become an expert in Morty's platform offering.
- Conduct product demos and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with and provide feedback to the Product team to build and sell features in high demand.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
