Catering Sales Manager

Primary focus: The primary focus of the SALES MANAGER is catering sales and the production of the event. Associates will be ultimately responsible for the complete customer satisfaction from the initial inquiry to the conclusion of the event ensuring the MOSAIC standards of service and quality have been met at the individual sale and the team’s sales level. Listed below are areas the SM and the team will be responsible for:

• TPP complete knowledge and maintenance of all files
• Food knowledge and menu building
• Daily office organization
• Timely paperwork and responses to client inquiries
• Phone calls and client solicitation
• Venue relationships
• Event coordination, complete running and set up/breakdown of events sold
• Supervise coordination of all food items with kitchen staff for events sold
• Policy/procedure enforcement on event site of events sold
• Facilitate the closing of each event sold based on event closing checklist
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings
• Work with MOSAIC staff to insure all P&L
• Assist in the execution of all trade events, American Heart Ball and other large events that require full team support.
• Assist fellow sales team members grow the business and MOSAIC brand; this at times may include traveling to MOSAIC’s other locations within the eastern united states

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience, particularly in B2B and outside sales
• Excellent organizational and account management abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other technology sales tools
• Experience in business development and marketing strategies
• Ability to conduct product demos and cold calling
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
