Job Summary:The Mosaic Creative Director will lead Mosaic’s Creative Ministry in producing online God-content. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing teams, recruiting team members (when needed), and cultivating visual messaging. The Creative Team is responsible for Mosaic’s identity online and will provide direction for consistency in branding and “common language.” The Creative Director will lead in creating content and contribute to the Sunday worship experience by managing all aesthetics and visuals.

Ministry Responsibilities
Creative Team Vision and Leadership
- Conceive Mosaic Creative Team’s annual production schedule and mobilize team to accomplish content production goals
- Implement vision by empowering the team and guiding content creation
- Implement Project management software or system and guide teams through
- Work with pastoral staff to bring gospel truth and guidance online in a relevant way to the next generation
Creative Team Training
- Build exciting team culture through team building, idea sharing and collaboration
- Teach necessary applications and tools for content creation to recruits
- Hold innovation exercises to stir up new ideas for Mosaic’s production
YouTube and Social Media
- Develop Online missions content on YouTube
- Cultivate an inspiring social media presence to reach non-believers with God’s truth (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
- Responsible for creating Mosaic’s identity online
Aesthetic, Visuals and Branding
- Integrate branding and graphics among all of Mosaic’s online platforms
- Devise consistency and innovation for Mosaic’s worship space
- Supervise aesthetic consistency for all Mosaic’s print materials, clothing and merchandise
- Sunday service (11:30AM) (2 hours)
- Tuesday and Friday Staff Meetings (4 hours)
- Content planning with Creative team (4 hours)
- Manage YouTube, Instagram, and website (4 hours)
- Oversee Creative Team’s execution (2hrs)
- Hands-on Content creation / graphic design when needed (4hrs)

Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team in the development of innovative concepts and designs across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and aligns with overall marketing strategies.
- Mentor and inspire team members to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Conduct regular reviews of creative work to provide constructive feedback and ensure high-quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within a creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects across various media formats.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of creatives.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in the creative process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
