Description
We are seeking a talented and compassionate part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join Dr. State's team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
- Take and record radiographic images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
- Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
Schedule:
Monday 8am-1pm
Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-1pm
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
- Compassionate patient centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Salary : $55 - $63
