Google Nest Part-Time Sales Specialist

Mosaic is currently seeking a highly driven Sales Specialist (Part Time) for an upcoming opportunity to work in Home Improvement stores representing a Top-Rated Technology Manufacturer. As an Assisted Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for becoming a smart-home expert to increase sales of Google Nest products while creating a memorable shopping experience for customers.

The Sales Specialist (Part Time) will be promoting the sales of Google Nest Products on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for 6 weeks.

Schedule: Friday 5PM - 9PM, Saturday and Sunday: 8AM - 5PM/, 20hrs/wk

Pay Rate: $21-24/hour

The Part-Time Google Nest DIY Sales Expert Will:

● Be an Google Nest expert on key features and benefits of the full Nest

ecosystem of products, focused on selling to consumers

● Conduct consumer facing activities to meet sales goals, selling end to end with

consumers

● Set up and execute table events during every visit

● Build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external

partners, including Mosaic management, peers, client and in-store personnel

including high-level management

● Execute product training and demos for sales associates and retail partners to

build advocacy and facilitate consumer engagement and sales

● Minor merchandising may be required

● Data collection and competitive insights to be submitted as required

● Complete all administrative tasks and on-going training as required

● Other duties as assigned

The candidate's success will be measured by:

● Sales and training performance metrics

● Adherence to accurate/timely reporting within Mosaic systems

● Other factors such as impact on customer returns/retention, positive

interpersonal communication skills, enthusiastic and friendly attitude, cleanliness

of space, etc.

● KPIs and overall expectations will be fully outlined during training, with a clear

path and support to achieve goals

Qualifications:

●Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets, and

preferably an avid Nest Smart Home user and/or enthusiast

● Previous experience in a retail sales environment especially DIY or consumer

electronics

● Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product

to the consumer in a positive manner

● Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product

● Independent and motivated team player

● Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day

● Ability to sit or stand for a full work shift

● Regular physical activity may be required (e.g., setting up promotional material,

lifting up to 25lbs)

● Ability to work Weekends (Friday evening - Sunday)

● Must have the ability to commute to assigned store(s) and arrive on time for

assigned shift(s)

● Proficient in Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft office and general social

media applications

● Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job

● Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.

● Daily access to internet/email

● 3 years of applicable retail sales and/or event experience is a plus
