Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain employee records, handle payroll processing with accuracy, and assist with benefits administration.

Coordinate the hiring process, schedule interviews, facilitate new hire paperwork, and conduct orientation

Organize employee events, update HR communications, and oversee office resources like PPE programs and HR bulletin boards

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in human resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related administrative role

Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and serve as a key contact for employee inquiries

Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook
