Duties
- Assist prospects in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units, highlighting features and amenities.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate files and records related to leasing activities, including contracts and tenant information.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing tenant concerns.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite for tracking applications, leases, and tenant communications.
- Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to property leasing to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property leasing or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of laws related to property management and leasing practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and facilities management is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer relationship management.
- Proficient in using office software and property management systems like OneSite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
