What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Coordinator position at Mosaic Support Services Inc?

Job Duties

  • Supervision of RBTs including 1:1, observation, and 5% monthly
  • Supervision of non-RBTs including monthly 1:1 and observation with residents
  • Assist with the administration of initial competency assessments
  • Assist with the administration of renewal competency assessments
  • Logging of Treatment Integrity of observations for all staff, across all shifts (per resident availability), monthly
  • Provide IBSP training for New Hires and annual refreshers, as needed
  • Submit IOA data for each resident, monthly across shifts
  • Meet with the Administrator and Clinical Teams to discuss intervention implementation
  • Attend one session of monthly offsite training/supervision

Minimum Qualifications/Education

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Have a minimum of two years of prior experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities and be one of the following:
      • A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
      • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • People-oriented and energetic, hard worker, professional, committed to providing the best possible services, enjoys fast-paced environments and juggling multiple tasks at once, impeccable organization, strong reading and writing skills, and is a positive role model for the team and residents
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a positive outlook through challenging situations
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must be in good health and have a current Health Screening Report must indicate negative TB test, performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven (7) days after employment or licensure
  • Must have Guardian clearance (DOJ, FBI, and CACI)
  • Must have a valid Drivers License, a good driving record, and personal vehicle insurance
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of Title 17 and Title 22 Regulations, specifically those pertaining to Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes
  • Current First Aid and CPR

Work Schedule: Non-Exempt, 30 hours per week onsite (hours vary based on resident availability)
