What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Coordinator position at Mosaic Support Services Inc?
Job Duties
- Supervision of RBTs including 1:1, observation, and 5% monthly
- Supervision of non-RBTs including monthly 1:1 and observation with residents
- Assist with the administration of initial competency assessments
- Assist with the administration of renewal competency assessments
- Logging of Treatment Integrity of observations for all staff, across all shifts (per resident availability), monthly
- Provide IBSP training for New Hires and annual refreshers, as needed
- Submit IOA data for each resident, monthly across shifts
- Meet with the Administrator and Clinical Teams to discuss intervention implementation
- Attend one session of monthly offsite training/supervision
Minimum Qualifications/Education
- A Bachelors Degree

Have a minimum of two years of prior experience providing direct care or supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities and be one of the following:
- A Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- People-oriented and energetic, hard worker, professional, committed to providing the best possible services, enjoys fast-paced environments and juggling multiple tasks at once, impeccable organization, strong reading and writing skills, and is a positive role model for the team and residents
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a positive outlook through challenging situations
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be in good health and have a current Health Screening Report must indicate negative TB test, performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven (7) days after employment or licensure
- Must have Guardian clearance (DOJ, FBI, and CACI)
- Must have a valid Drivers License, a good driving record, and personal vehicle insurance
- Must be proficient in speaking and writing English
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Title 17 and Title 22 Regulations, specifically those pertaining to Enhanced Behavioral Support Homes
- Current First Aid and CPR
Work Schedule: Non-Exempt, 30 hours per week onsite (hours vary based on resident availability)
