About the Position
The individual we select will be responsible for increasing market share in the Richmond, Virginia metropolitan area by selling in-unit apartment renovation services to building owners, property management firms, and multi-family portfolio asset managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The position is an in-office appointment setter for the Business Development Managers
- The position requires the ability to clearly communicate our mission to potential customers to drive opportunities.
- Must be able to manage a call list while tracking all activities through the CRM.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all information is passed forward to the Business Development manager.
- Following the MMF sales process to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Manage all interactions with prospects through our CRM system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Desire to develop one’s own ability to become a sales professional.
- Must be able to speak to your experience and process in B2B sales.
- Verifiable references.
- Able to pass a drug and background check.

Compensation
Salary plus bonuses. Bonuses are paid for every appointment scheduled with a Business Development Manager, attainment of quarterly KPI’s. Benefits include excellent health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, 8 paid holiday days, long term and short-term disability paid by the company.
