Senior User Experience (UX) Lead

Responsibilities :
- Drive human-centered design (HCD) practices to create innovative UX solutions aligned with user needs and program goals.
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process , including research, concept development, prototyping, usability testing, and final design delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and developers to integrate user-centered design into system development.
- Conduct UX research (user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing) and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Establish and maintain UX standards, design systems, and style guides for consistency across platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers , fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, leadership, and customers for feedback and approval.
- Measure the effectiveness of UX solutions post-deployment, iterating to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Certification in UX / UI Design or Human-Centered Design (e.g., NN / g, IDEO).
