Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our dynamic food production facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols and have experience in the food industry. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Clean cheese and inspect to make sure no mold is left on cheese before it goes to sealer.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production or processing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
