What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Assistant position at Mosites Motorsports?
Mosites Motorsports Pittsburgh’s Largest Powersports Super Store is searching for another member to join our team. Job Duties Include:
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Running Finance Applications to banks for approvals.
- Process and follow through with all title work on all deals.
- Submit/send out all deals for funding within 48 hours from signing.
- Printing paperwork for Finance Manager on deals.
- Flipping used titles when needed to comply with state laws.
- Make sure all title work is filed correctly to keep us compliant with state laws.
- Assist Finance Manager in signing out deals when needed.
- Remit all ancillary products on the 15th of the month for prior month.
- Print and Mail out Decline letters on all deals within 30 days of Declined Application.
- Manage and maintain proper inventory levels of all plates.
- Submit check requests to Sales Manger for payoffs, buys, and refunds.
- Perform manufacture registrations for all units sold and select proper promos if applicable.
- Turn in completed deals to Sales Manager in a timely manner.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Scheduling appointments
- Clerical work
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Sell available products to customers such as extended service plans, tire and wheel, GAP protection, etc.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed seamlessly.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager and sales team
Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience working in Finance / Insurance, automotive or motorcycle (preferred but not necessary)
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills.
- Previous experience working in Sales a plus
- Ability to obtain a PA Sales License
- Strong computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and evenings.
