*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and sakes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments using a cash register or Toast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell drinks and menu items to increase sales
- Handle food orders and assist with food service when needed
*Skills*
- Proven experience working as a Server or Bartender in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in food handling procedures
