What You’ll Do as a Mosquito Control Technician
- Wage War on Pests: You’ll be the hero who saves the day by kicking mosquitoes and other pesky bugs out of customers’ yards, so they can enjoy their outdoor spaces again.
- Rock the Mosquito Joe Look: As the face of the brand, you’ll bring your A-game with professionalism, a great attitude, and an unforgettable customer service experience.
- Stay in the Loop: You’ll work closely with our local office to ensure you have everything you need to do your job (including knowing exactly where you’re headed next!).

To Be Successful as a Mosquito Control Tech, You’ll Need to:
- Always bring your best self to work – you never know who’s watching, so make sure you’re giving them a show!
- Take your training seriously – we’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.
- Stay on schedule – we’ll set you up for success with a solid daily plan (about 15 appointments).
- Be ready to do it right the first time – no need for a repeat visit if you get it right the first time!
- Embrace the challenges – some days will be tough, but your work ethic will shine through.
- Be a problem-solver – each property has its own unique challenges, and we know you’re up for the task!
Job Requirements (aka, the Fun Stuff You’ll Be Doing)
- Lift and carry a backpack weighing 65 lbs (it’s your strength training workout!)
- Walk around with that backpack for a while (hello, cardio!)
- Wear protective gear and look sharp in your uniform (safety first, style second!)
- Be able to handle the summer heat (think of it as getting paid to chill in a sauna!)
- And of course, no problem with taking on the role of a pest-fighting hero!
