We are looking for a highly motivated, determined, competitive and highly personable individual to come be the “voice” of Mosquito Squad of Central VA. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer inbound calls, perform outbound calls from our client database, promote and sell the full suite of Mosquito Squad services, and handle basic customer service needs for our clients. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to listen to client’s needs, explain our products and services in detail, then recommend the solution that best fits those needs.
Mosquito Squad of Central VA provides comprehensive, ongoing training regarding all of our products and services to ensure you can overcome any question or scenario. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative you will also be given access to our state of the art CRM software to keep details at hand to further assist with closing sales and handling customer service tasks. Responsibilities
- Be the "voice" of Mosquito Squad of Central VA by embodying professionalism, courtesy, tenacity and subject matter expertise of our services
- Promote and sell the full suite of our services and programs
- Follow a structured sales process during inbound and outbound sales calls
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs
- Overcome sales objections
- Continual follow up of warm leads
- Upgrade clients to larger and more comprehensive programs
- Follow-up and close sales with new and former clients
- Handle basic customer service tasks such as scheduling/rescheduling services, updating account information, and processing invoices and collecting payments
- Complete required forms / update CRM client record
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, determined, and personally driven to meet sales goals. Independently motivated to complete outbound tasks in a timely fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong ability to overcome objections

Requirements
- 1-2 years customer service experience (pest control and/or home services industry preferred)
- 1-2 years sales experience (pest control and/or home services industry preferred)
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Computer skills, including 40WPM typing and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Word) and Google Workspace
- Familiar working with CRM/customer service software systems
- Familiar with following structured processes for sales and customer service tasks
- Familiar with administrative tasks such as invoicing and email campaign management
- Positive, upbeat and energetic personality and attitude

Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $22/hour, plus commission on new client sales. $50,000-$55,000 total annual compensation.
