Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Identify customer needs, provide helpful solutions, and set up seasonal services
- Refer to call scripts and follow standard customer service procedures
- Promote and up-sell products and services when appropriate
- Build strong rapport and relationships with customers
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain updated records
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and customer service techniques
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales preferred (but not required — we train the right personality!)
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, Microsoft Office products, and data entry
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- You must be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including one weekend day as needed
- Drug screen and background check are required prior to employment
