This dramatic reduction in the mosquito population brings happiness, comfort, and peace of mind to our customers, allows them to take back control of their outdoor spaces, and brings satisfaction to Mosquito Squad in knowing we helped provide that to our customers.

If you have the qualities we’re seeking – tenacity, terrific listening skills, the ability to follow a structured sales process, overcome customer objections, and strong closing skills – we could do great things together!

We are looking for highly motivated, determined, competitive and highly personable individuals to come be the “face” of Mosquito Squad. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the full suite of Mosquito Squad services, with a focus on our 21-day barrier treatment program, in our assigned franchise territory. While working a flexible schedule, you’ll use your exceptional interpersonal skills to listen to customer’s needs, explain our products and services in detail; then recommend the solution that best fits those needs. This will mainly involve cold calling on potential new subscriber homes but may also include upgrading single treatment customers to the full season and even winning back some former customers.

You’ve got to be flexible and ready for anything!

Comprehensive, ongoing training in all of our products and services will keep you up to speed and ready to overcome any objection and your manager/sales support team will have your back – going on ride-alongs, organizing weekly team huddles and giving you the tools you need to thrive in the role. This includes giving each sales associate a tablet with sales CRM software that will allow you to pull up resident data in real time, disposition your knock activity, and close sales while in the field.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required: related sales experience is strongly preferred. In return, we provide an exceptionally supportive team environment and generous commission potential with no cap on earnings! Your natural talent and tenacity will take care of the rest.
