As a Mosquito Squad Sales & Service Representative, you will manage the current client base, follow up on new client leads, perform telephonic and digital sales presentations to potential new clients, and perform basic data entry. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and a 5-star rating from ALL our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must possess the ability to learn new processes, programs, and software quickly. Use current customer relationship management to manage existing and new clients, leads, and new opportunities. Field inbound calls to execute sales with potential and current clients, as well as answer questions or concerns. Perform outbound calls to follow up with sales inquiries with potential and current clients.
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
Saturday-As needed during peak season
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment. Must possess excellent detail oriented organizational skills and project a positive attitude within the workspace with peers and over the phone with clients. Must be able to type proficiently and have basic computer skills.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple and complex instructions, read and write short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients, peers, and supervisors. To perform this position successfully, the employee must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The above requirements represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
