Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Converses with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
- Receives and processes sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
- Makes 65 outbound calls daily
- Holds 4 Video consultations a day
- Builds relationships with current clients
- Solicits sales of new or additional services
- Handles irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Enters information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
