Responsibilities
-
Assist in maintaining adequate vehicle inventory while minimizing obsolescence; maintain proper reporting and inventory controls
-
Maintain a perpetual inventory maintenance system
-
Follow systems for receiving, logging, tracking, and controlling all vehicles and related documentation daily

Assist accounting with claims, credit, or inventory discrepancies as requested

Keep and file accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups ensuring recipient’s signature is on each delivery entry
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Proficient in Microsoft excel
-
Previous Automotive experience is preferred
-
General math skills to include reconciling stock orders, quantity adjustments, etc.

Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
