Moss Chiropractic LLC in Olney, MD is looking for one accounting / patient account specialist to join our team. This is a full time position . We are located on 18209 HILLCREST AVENUE Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, hard-working, enjoys the challenge of meeting goals, has the ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers, has excellent math skills, statistics and a strong work ethic. We are a hard working, but fun loving office that enjoys helping our patients get and stay healthy.
*Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
- At least 1 year in a medical office preferred.
*Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Financial Experience
Responsibilities
- Maintaining excellent communication with patients
- Counseling patients on care programs
- Addressing patient inquiries
- Creating Financial Sheets
- Balancing Daily/Monthly ledgers
- Sending Out Patient Statements
- Following Up on PI/WC Cases
- Working with business statistics
- Answering Phones
- Making Appointments
- Hours
- Monday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Thursday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
