POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss' Risk Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Risk Management department by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to mitigate risks across various aspects of the organization. This individual will leverage data to enhance internal reporting, monitor risk exposures, and support the development of strategies that align with the company's goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, organize, and analyze data from both internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to risks
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports featuring actionable data
Collaborate with the claims management team to examine historical and current claims data
Support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Assist in the collection and organization of data for annual insurance renewals and program renewals
Maintain the department's file system
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Required
