Starting pay is determined by degree of experience (DOE), with up to $41.00 per hour based on manufacturing experience combined with vocational or equivalent recognized training. Additionally, employees receive $1 per hour extra as a heat differential during summer months and night shift differential from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are effective on the first day of the month after hire. Job Description
As an industrial equipment technician at MOST, Inc., you will be responsible for completing repairs, maintaining building equipment, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and production equipment. You will identify problems, conduct troubleshooting, and perform preventative maintenance and maintenance service. Installation of new equipment and updating various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed are also key responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic and possess a combination of four years of industrial-related experience, vocational or equivalent recognized training, and a high school graduate or equivalent. PLC experience plus is preferred, as well as skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, strong troubleshooting, PLCs, and ability to work in the heat. PLC programming is also a plus.
