Compensation and Rewards
Our compensation package includes starting pay determined by degree of experience (DOE), with up to $41.00 per hour based on manufacturing experience combined with vocational or equivalent recognized training. Additionally, employees receive $1 per hour extra as a heat differential during summer months and night shift differential from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. We also offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan with company match, annual bonus program, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,400 per year.
Job Responsibilities
As an industrial equipment technician at MOST, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying areas for improvement. Your duties will include repairing and maintaining building equipment, machinery, and mechanical equipment, conducting troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance and maintenance service. You will also install new equipment and update various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, four years of industrial-related experience, vocational or equivalent recognized training, and a high school graduate or equivalent. PLC experience plus is preferred, as well as skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, strong troubleshooting, PLCs, and ability to work in the heat. PLC programming is also a plus.
