About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing skilled and semi-skilled repairs and preventive maintenance services to campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services. This includes collaborating with faculty and staff to identify and resolve issues, as well as working with vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Five years of experience in general facilities maintenance
- Valid Missouri driver's license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and lead a team
