Front Desk/Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless guest experience, providing exceptional customer service, and managing front desk operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage guest services inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and handling phone calls.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guests' experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and room readiness.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting as needed.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Experience

• Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive guest relations.
• Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in resort or hotel environments is desirable.
• A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not required.

• Every weekend
