Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management practices
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
