Job Summary

Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel’s amenities and services.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage phone systems effectively, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Experience in guest services within a hotel or resort environment is highly beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing multiple calls efficiently.
