What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Receptionist position at Motel 6?
Shift is from 3:30pm to 11:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Access all functions of computer system.
- Process guest check-ins
- Process check-outs
- Enforce all hotel policies and house rules.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Process and confirm reservations and cancellations.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Maintaining a clean workplace at all times
- Resolve guest complaints quickly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette
- Wash and fold laundry
