Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain and repair residential painting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building components.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to facilitate repairs.
- Operate logic controllers for automated systems as needed.
- Assist in supervising maintenance staff during projects or repairs.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and understand technical documentation.
- Experience with logic controllers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.
