Duties
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance
- Conduct residential painting as needed
- Fabricate and weld metal components
- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating maintenance tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Interpret schematics and logic controllers for machinery
- Communicate effectively in English
- Execute facilities maintenance tasks efficiently
Experience
Required:
- Proficiency in electrical work
- Experience in residential painting
- Ability to fabricate and weld
- Leadership skills for task coordination
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers
- Fluency in English
Preferred:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance
