A well known IOT device company located in Orange County, California is currently looking to bring on a Embedded Engineering Manager for a full time role. They are looking for a Manager who has professional experience with C , Linux Network Stack, Linux Netfilter, Linux Driver Development and proven success hiring and growing teams. You'll work on hardware systems that are globally used with a user base in the millions. This role will be 5x a week in office and you'll be managing anywhere between 10-20 candidates. Their ideal Manager will have 10 years of experience and 2 years of management experience specifically.

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of professional experience in Embedded Engineering
- At least 2 years of experiencing managing a team of 5 engineers
- Strong proficiency in C , Linux Driver Development, Linux Kernel, Linux Netfilter, Broadband Protocol and Design Patterns
- Experience with hiring and building teams
- Excellent communication skills
