Field Engineer/MSP/Philly

We're working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the Suburbs of Philadelphia that is looking to bring on a Field Engineer for a full-time opportunity. This is a customer-facing role that will have you working hands-on with a wide range of technologies across various client sites throughout the greater Philly area. You'll support everything from network gear to end-user systems to cloud migrations-no two days are the same!

Required Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in a field or systems/network support role
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
Experience with Office 365 administration and migrations
Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with MSP ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask)
Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, switching, routing)
Exposure to backup/disaster recovery tools (Datto, Veeam, etc.)
CompTIA, MCSA, or similar certifications are a plus
