A reputable hardware company located in Orange County, California is currently looking to bring on a Manager of Embedded Software for a full time role. This will be 5x a week in the office and you'll be managing anywhere between 10-20 candidates.
The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience and a few years of management experience specifically. They're looking for Managers who have professional experience with C , Linux Network Stack, Linux Netfilter, Linux Driver Development and proven success hiring and growing teams. You'll work on hardware systems that are globally used with a user base in the millions.

- 10 years of professional experience in Embedded Engineering
- At least 2 years of experiencing managing a team of 5 engineers
- Strong proficiency in C , Linux Driver Development, Linux Kernal, Linux Netfilter, Broadband Protocol and Design Patterns
- Experience with hiring and building teams
- Excellent communication skills
