Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
