Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Technical Writer / OpenText Consultant in Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA, or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of OpenText experience.
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Jira experience.
  • Financial Services experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Take requests from the Jira system and execute them.
  • Create new documentation.
  • Update existing documentation.
  • Work with LOB – merchant.
  • Role requires great communication skills, both internally and externally with business partners.
  • Responsibilities include receiving requests from partners in merchant services, processing them, and uploading to the portal.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support functions, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
