Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Technical Writer / OpenText Consultant in Charlotte, NC, Des Moines, IA or Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid).

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of OpenText experience.
Technical writing experience
Jira
Financial Services experience

What You Will Be Doing

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.

Taking request from the Jira system and execute

Create new doc

Update

LOB – merchant

Role requires great communication skills, both internally and externally outside the team with business partners.

Responsibilities include receiving requests from partners in merchant services, processing them, and uploading to the portal.

Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
