Senior DevOps Engineer

This leading SaaS company develops advanced platforms for customer relationship management and sales enablement. Recently, they've revolutionized customer service with an AI-driven application, delivering seamless, personalized experiences and setting a new standard for business engagement.
We are seeking a candidate proficient in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Helm, Terraform, Octopus, and GitLab. Experience with Python or Bash scripting is a valuable bonus. Additionally, familiarity with maintaining ISO 27001 compliance would be a significant advantage.
This full-time position offers a salary range of $130-155K, plus a bonus, with eligibility for stock options after one year (a recent hire received $30K in stock options). The role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday).

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience working with AWS infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with Linux and Windows servers.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and related DevOps toolchains in a production environment.
• 3 years of experience using Terraform (or similar tools) for infrastructure provisioning.
• Proficiency with Bash shell scripting.
• Ability to perform detailed code reviews for Helm charts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• A security-first mindset.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience maintaining ISO 27001 compliance or similar security standards.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus Deploy.
• Experience working with and optimizing microservices at scale with production workloads.
• Expertise in managing both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., RDS MySQL, RedShift).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, StatusCake, Grafana, and PagerDuty.

The Offer
