We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with a solid foundation in networking technologies and a passion for working with Operational Technology (OT) networks. This role will primarily be based onsite in Hiram, Ohio, for 4 days per week, supporting the organization's infrastructure and network operations. The Senior Network Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration and operation of OT systems and networks, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage complex network systems and configurations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
- Work with Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient integration with IT networks.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network resources.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and network uptime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in planning and executing network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Perform regular network audits and security assessments to maintain a strong security posture.
- Provide third-level support for network issues, escalating to vendors or higher-level teams when needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for networking and OT security.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of CCNA certification required (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or higher certifications preferred.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on both IT and OT networks.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with OT networks, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and related protocols.
- Experience with network design, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization in both IT and OT environments.
- Familiarity with network security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve network issues efficiently, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Higher-level Cisco certifications (CCNP or CCIE).
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
- Knowledge of industrial networking standards (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP).
- Understanding of network segregation, VLANs, and security protocols specific to OT environments.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite for 4 days per week at the Hiram, Ohio location.
- Occasional lifting of network equipment or server hardware may be required.
