Senior Product Manager - AI

Job Description A major online marketplace is looking to add a Senior Product Manager to their established team. This individual will be operating under the AI service team and helping to optimize how customers find customer support content. A strong candidate should have experience building out AI chat bots, leading a product related to NLP, and developing the product roadmap. Required Skills & Experience

• 6 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience building text or voice conversational bots
• Translate needs into requirements
• Develop product strategies
• Strong experience with experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong communication and oral skills
