Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service experience, ideally in an IT or service desk environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience working with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to escalate issues when necessary
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
