Title: Commercial Title Examiner
Location- Largo, FL
Duration- 3 months of contractual
Job Description:
- Conduct title examinations for various properties, from simple parcels to complex commercial real estate.
- Review and analyze records, including mortgages, leases, and liens.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in title documentation.
- Prepare accurate title commitments and reports.
- Provide underwriting interpretations and insights.
- Utilize online research tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Florida commercial title examination experience (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
