Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Commercial Title Examiner. This is a 9-month contract opportunity based out of Largo, FL (Onsite).

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of Florida Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!).
- A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality.
- Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Top-notch communication skills - you'll be collaborating with a global team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, Data Tree & Trace, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties.
- Analyze various records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more.
- Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation.
- Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny.
- Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations.
- Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game.
- You're a self-starter who can hit the ground running.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects with ease, and have a knack for solving complex puzzles.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $30/hour to $30/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
