Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance.
- Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Adobe Enterprise experience, with Customer Journey Analytics
- Basic to Intermediate Java Scrip Understanding
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions.
- Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions.
- Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.
